About the Programme

Polytechnic is a three-years diploma course provides detailed practical knowledge to students. A polytechnic education gives you experience within a dynamic and progressive learning environment. The polytechnic institutes are dedicated to offer a number of professional courses under one roof. The courses at polytechnic help students to start his or her profession, either through a job at a well-reputed company or by starting his own business.

There are two ways to earn a graduate degree in engineering; either two years of higher secondary education followed by four years of engineering program or three years of engineering education after three years of study in a polytechnic college. That means you have to spend minimum 6 years in both ways to earn a graduate degree in engineering, so by choosing polytechnic you can start practical learning from the beginning.

    Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form.

    •  Accept the terms & conditions below by clicking the button "Accept & Go".
    • To Enter %age of Marks (If Field is available in the application form) :- e.g. If %age is 78.00 then enter 78 only, If %age is 71.45 then enter 71 only and if %age is 67.67 then enter 68. Fill up the application form completely & submit it.
    • After the form is filled up the candidate will be allotted a user ID & password from the confirmation page. The same User ID & Password will be send to candidate's registered Email ID for future reference.
    • The candidate will upload his/her passport size photograph (less than 1 MB).
    • The candidate can upload multiple documents in Education Details.
    • Any mistake done by the applicant is at his/her own risk. Admission Committee will not entertain any queries in this regard.
    • Once the merit list is declared the candidate may check the status of through his/her login.

    Instructions for filling up of the form (T & C)

     

    • Please go through the eligibility criteria mentioned above carefully. The candidate must satisfy all the mentioned criteria, otherwise his/her candidature may be rejected at any stage of selection.
    • The applicant must upload the scanned PP size Photograph while applying online. The maximum size of the image must be less Than 1 MB in .JPG Format.
    • Please confirm that the data entered is correct in all respects and only then submit the form. No request will be entertained in any case to amend the details at any stage.
    • Incorrect/Manipulated attachments or data is liable to lead to rejection of candidature.
    • While applying online, do not use the Back button on the tool bar of your browser as it will reset the page and data shall be lost. Use the links and buttons available on the page to move from one page to another. Further, once you have completed applying online, close all the open browser windows.
    • Applicants are advised to use preferably either Mozilla, Google Chrome or Internet Explorer 6.0 or later version.
    • Candidates are advised to apply from anywhere where Internet speed is sound. Netaji Subhas University will not be responsible for network problem or any other similar issues.
    • Once you fill-up the form; submit the same within 5-10 minutes.
    • Pay Online & Download Receipt.
    • Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance nor adjusted for any subsequent examination.
    • SUBMIT ONLY ONE APPLICATION FORM WITH VALID DETAILS for Each candidate. Multiple number of paid applications for a single candidate will be liable to be rejected.
    • No correspondence will be entertained for any matter.
